About the event
On Monday 12th October, we’re continuing UKBG Connects, our new online meeting bringing members and non-members together to hear the latest from the Guild, connect with the wider community and explore topics shaping the hospitality industry.
For our second session, we’re delighted to welcome Pritesh Mody for a session entitled Beyond the Cocktail: Creativity & Innovation with Pritesh Mody.
Pritesh will take us behind the drinks to explore the ideas, techniques and creative thinking that turn great cocktails into truly memorable experiences. From flavour and innovation to hospitality and emerging trends, he’ll share insights from his own creative journey and explore what it takes to push boundaries and create drinks that leave a lasting impression.
This session runs from 12–1pm and is open to all.
