Who We Are

The UK Bartenders’ Guild is a national organisation built by, and for, professional bartenders. Founded in 1934, we have been a driving force in the industry, working with bartenders at every level and in every kind of venue. The UK Bartenders’ Guild is also one of the founding members of the International Bartenders’ Association.

Bartending is more than a job.

It is a craft, a culture, and a career. We exist to support the full spectrum of hospitality professionals, from early-career bartenders to bar managers and trainers. Our members gain access to the tools, recognition, and community they need to progress.
