WE HAVE A WINNER!
We are delighted to congratulate Fabio Di Silvestro, GM and bartender at the Old Pal Bar & Kitchen in Edinburgh, for his incredible performance in the final of the fourth Great Honkaku Shochu and Awamori Contest at The Blind Pig in London.
He took home the top prize – a trip to Japan – to hone his skills even further with experts in the Japanese spirits industry.
Fabio’s entry, the Yabukita Snap, shot to first place with its unique narrative and impressive presentation – he even made his own cups!
