About the event
As per our #NCC2021 entry rules, competitors are requested to use Akashi-Tai Sake (a minimum of 40ml of any expression) in their submissions. Given the many supply chain issues that we’re facing as an industry, we thought it might be helpful to share a big list of suppliers that are stocking the full range of Akashi-Tai sake, as well as Akashi Brewery’s other brands – 135 East Gin and Hatozaki Whisky!
